Returns and cancellation policy
The following terms apply to all shipments within the Republic of Mexico. This policy may change without prior notice. Marie d'Argan may issue refunds provided that each and every one of the conditions established in this policy are met.
Temporarily unavailable
If a selected product is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified by email and the expected ship date. Backordered items ship as soon as they become available with no additional shipping charges, using the same shipping method originally selected.
If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, in-stock items will ship immediately, and backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items.
You can rest assured that you will not be charged for any item until it ships. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered or unavailable item, please contact us at 55 7827 0241, we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Items that are not in stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotions. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted toward purchases associated with promotional offers.
Pre-sale of items
Pre-order items are not yet in stock, but are available for purchase on our site. These items ship as soon as they become available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of your order status through alerts and confirmations. You can rest assured that you will not be charged for any item until it ships. The anticipated delivery time (e.g., "Available for shipping mid-September") is indicated on the site next to the product information.
Discount coupons
Simply enter your discount coupon during checkout on the payment page. Coupons are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear. When a coupon code is accepted, the discount will be reflected on the "Review Order" page.
Note: Only one (1) coupon code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions will be applied accordingly. Promotions and discounts may not apply to gift card or eGift card purchases. Please review the promotion details for more information.
Payment options
We use PayPal as our platform for accepting credit, debit, and prepaid cards. A PayPal account is not required to make payments, but registration is recommended.

If for any reason the product you ordered arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, request a refund or exchange.* All online purchases have free returns.

If you have purchased online and wish to return or exchange an item(s):

Print it
Print the guide from your email. Complete the merchandise return section on the back of the invoice included with your order.
Pack it up
Carefully wrap the items in the box and include the complete invoice. Seal the box and place the shipping label on the outside.
Send it
Take the package to any parcel post office or request a pickup by calling 55 7827 0241. Complete instructions are included in the return label email.
Returned items will be processed promptly within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.

Return Policy
We are committed to offering customers the best cosmetic products available at the time of ordering. If the customer feels that the products received do not meet their expectations, they have the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within two (2) business days of receiving the products.
Cancellations or refunds are not accepted for orders paid using authorized payment methods at Oxxo and Seven Eleven. The only refund options are authorized credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Notification of the customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal can be made by email to ventas@mariedargan.com with details of the customer's order, including the customer's order number and a description of the products to be returned. Inside the packaging, the customer will find a dispatch note with the order details along with details of our returns process. If the products listed on the dispatch note do not match those in their delivery, the customer must notify us at ventas@mariedargan.com.
Our Customer Service will send the customer an authorization number and a confirmation email. Customers are encouraged to keep a note of their authorization number for future consultation with Customer Service regarding this matter.
If the customer returns products for reasons other than product defects, incomplete delivery, or incorrect delivery, the customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, we undertake to refund the customer the full price of the products within thirty (30) business days of receiving the complaint, provided that they are returned unused and undamaged, provided they have been maintained and used with due care and attention, within 14 business days of delivery. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used. The customer will be sent a notification email once the refund has been processed.
It is recommended that your package be sent via registered mail (which requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot be held responsible for returned products lost in transit.
The above provisions apply only to online purchases. Products purchased in a store will be subject to each store's return policy.
Damaged products
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. It's normal for the packaging box to show some wear; however, if the item was damaged during shipping, please retain the box, packing materials, and any items inside, and contact us immediately at 55 7827 0241.
